The Ice Pick Lady was one of the followers of Joe Carroll. She is seen in the Police Station and requests to speak to the police about Joe Carrol. She sits down and waits for a few minutes then she recieves a text message. After reading the message, she stands up and takes off her robes to reveal tattoos of Edgar Allan Poe's quotes all over her body. She then pulls out an ice pick and stabs herself in the eyes killing herself after reciting one of the quotes.
